ICS Logger
ICS Logger is a configurable logging tool that allows the user to log data to .csv files from Allen Bradley PLCs including CompactLogix \ MicroLogix 1100 & 1400 \ or SLC500 using Ethernet communications – No other communications software is required.
Simply enter the PLC IP address into the logger setup and the tags of the data that you wish to log, set up your data log trigger interval or PLC tag and you are off and running.
Logged data information is logged to a .CSV file that can be easily read with Excel or Access with customizable data tag descriptions at flexible intervals.
New log file will be created daily at midnight.
Another great feature of ICS Logger is the ability to log photographs. The Logger will poll a selected folder for a newly generated photo, from a vision system for example, rename the photo to the format or serial number that you choose and place it in another folder to be archived allowing easy retrieval at a future time if required.
Serial number generator will generate a serial number based on a chosen format to log the data under. The generated serial number can also be stored and used for other applications such as bar code printing.
